DESCRIPTION
The atmospheric pressure plasma jet is generated by a specific nozzle, and the high voltage source is connected to the internal electrode. The external electrode is grounded, and the flowing working gas with a certain pressure is introduced into the middle. The plasma with high energy density is generated by high pressure ionization and excitation gas, and is carried out by the air flow to form a jet plasma. Atmospheric pressure plasma jet cleaning can be used for fixed-point positioning cleaning, which is easy to operate, convenient to move, and can realize automatic cleaning.
As a kind of plasma atmospheric pressure cleaning equipment, atmospheric plasma surface treatment machine has the following advantages in addition to the general characteristics of plasma cleaning : it does not need a vacuum system to maintain a low pressure state, is not limited by the size of the workpiece, the equipment investment is small, and the cleaning cost is low. Due to its structural characteristics, it can be cleaned by hand-held mobile cleaning or automatic cleaning combined with mechanical arm, which is suitable for large-scale cleaning work. By controlling the corresponding process parameters, combined with different types of working gases, various types and thicknesses of dirt can be removed.
