Wide-width plasma cleaning equipment is a special atmospheric pressure plasma device. Plasma is usually generated by DBD dielectric barrier discharge, which is a non-equilibrium gas discharge in which an insulating medium is inserted into the discharge space. When a sufficiently high AC voltage is applied between the two electrodes, one or both electrodes need to be covered with an insulating medium to prevent the electrodes from being broken down, thereby generating plasma. Low-temperature plasma has important value in material processing.
