DESCRIPTION

Plasma treatment refers to the use of radio frequency energy to activate gas under vacuum conditions, ionize gas, generate electrons, particles, free radicals, etc., and then react or collide with organic pollutants and micro-particle pollutants on the surface of automobile interior and exterior plastics to form volatile substances, which are then removed by the working gas flow and vacuum pump to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface of automobile plastic trims. At the same time, plasma acts on the surface of the material to break the covalent bonds of the surface molecules, generate new free radicals, combine with the excited gas, and generate groups that can react chemically, so that the hydrophilicity, adhesion and surface energy of the material are improved respectively.
