DESCRIPTION
NE-PE25 is a powerful and widely used experimental low-temperature vacuum plasma treatment instrument. The material processing is carried out under vacuum. Regardless of the shape and type of the material, such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, silicon wafer, etc., PLASMA processing can be performed, and the whole and local materials as well as complex structures can be processed to ensure that the environment is not polluted and the sample surface is not contaminated again.
Plasma, also known as the fourth state of matter, contains abundant active particles, such as free radicals, ions, excited molecules and electrons, which can interact with the surface of materials to promote surface modification, including cleaning, cross-linking, functionalization and etching. These particles can not only effectively achieve etching, functionalization and cleaning, but also improve the surface properties of materials at the physical and chemical levels, such as increasing the surface roughness to improve the adhesion of coatings, or introducing new chemical functional groups to enhance the hydrophilicity, adhesion and biocompatibility of materials.
