DESCRIPTION
Low pressure plasma surface treatment machine is a process equipment used for material surface pretreatment. Plasma treatment is a surface modification technology that can effectively clean and activate the surface of materials. Plasma, that is, partially ionized gas, stimulates argon, oxygen and other gases through high-voltage electric field and radio frequency power supply to become plasma groups. Plasma groups include positive ions, negative ions, free radicals and various active groups, etc., which act on the surface of the product. These active substances can change the chemical composition of the surface, decompose pollutants, and remove the original trace pollutants and impurities on the surface; this process will also produce an etching effect, which can roughen the surface of the sample and form many fine pits, increasing the roughness ratio of the sample surface, which can be used to improve the adhesion, wettability, biocompatibility and other surface properties of the material.
Low pressure plasma surface treatment machine can be used for batch processing of materials such as plastics, metals and glass regardless of material type. It can improve the adhesion and printability of base materials and solve the problems of non-polar or weakly polar materials being difficult to bond and print. The equipment has the advantages of good treatment effect, simple operation, low energy consumption, low treatment cost, stable and reliable performance, and no pollution to the environment. It can be used to process complex geometric shapes and surfaces without damaging the underlying materials.
