The NE-PE150X Vacuum Drum Plasma Cleaning System is specifically designed for plasma treatment of small components. Its rotating drum structure allows users to simply load parts into the drum, place it into the vacuum chamber, and initiate processing. The motorized drive rotates the drum, tumbling the components continuously. This ensures 360° exposure to plasma, eliminating untreated areas caused by part stacking and guaranteeing uniform treatment. Additionally, the system includes a secondary drum, enabling operators to load the next batch while the current batch is being processed. Upon completion, the drums can be swiftly swapped to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.

The system incorporates cooling water channels within the electrode rods, effectively reducing the temperature inside the drum. Under optimized heat dissipation conditions, the temperature of the cleaning targets within the drum is tightly controlled. This prevents thermal damage or sintering agglomeration of materials caused by excessive heat, while minimizing the risk of agglomerated particles being shielded from plasma exposure. These design features ensure continuous low-temperature operation of the cleaning system and thorough plasma treatment of all materials in the drum.
